For building with Silka blocks Silka FIX S210 is a thin-layer adhesive, specially designed for Silka calcium silicate blocks and elements. Thanks to its exceptional strength (M10) and fine structure, it is best suited for combination with Silka blocks that have high compressive strength. The mortar is prepared by adding the dry powder from the bag to water and mixing with an electric mixer. For the preparation of 1 kg of ready mortar, 0.26 liters of water are used, or for a 25 kg bag – 6.5 liters of water. It is applied to the blocks with special trowels (from the Silka tool set) to a maximum thickness of 3 mm. Only when applied to this thickness < 3 mm, Silka FIX S210 enables the wall to meet the required characteristics.
